Ultra-High Copy Speed

U-Reach High Speed PU Series PCIe SSD duplicator comes with dedicated bandwidth for each port providing high speed up to 60GB/min without any speed degradation as number of targets increase.

No waiting time required for duplication

When each round of duplication is completed, the next round can start immediately without having to wait or restart the machine.

Tailor made for EDSFF: E1.S, E1.L, E3.S and E3.L

The U-Reach PU Series PCIe SSD Duplicator features a modular port design engineered for the full EDSFF ecosystem, including E1.S, E1.L, E3.S, and E3.L SSDs. By utilizing native signals with no conversion required, it delivers maximum data integrity and speed. It is the perfect solution for high-volume AI server manufacturing and rigorous system validation

Native Support NVMe and SATA Protocols

Converter chips are not being adopted by PCIe series which deploys an M.2 interface with native NVMe/SATA protocols. This directly transfer the data to enhance the compatibility during the duplications.

FPGA-based Platform

Industrial-grade FPGA design not only facilitates cross interface / cross-protocol duplication but avoids restarting the system after each round of duplication.

Note: When doing cross-protocol duplication, it is recommended to use a data disk. If you are copying OS system, it is recommended to use the same protocol device to ensure the device can boot into the operating system properly.

Intelligent Duplication Modes

U-Reach PCIe SSD duplicator offers a diverse of duplication modes. The user may select the appropriate mode based on application demand.

Illustration of Copy Modes

The areas containing data are marked in blue. The areas being copied are marked in red. Duplication time depends on the speed supported by the hard drive’s controller chip.

Sanitization Methods

Source Management System

The administrator can through a specific software store the image files on the computer for centralized management. When needed, this image files will be sent to the duplicator for duplication. This is designed specifically for production plant  as this makes it easier to mange the source and reduce human error.

Double Data Verification: Compare + CRC Checksum

In addition to bit for bit comparison, PU adopts CRC as an error-detecting code to ensure the accuracy of the copied data. After each round of duplication is completed, the users just have to check whether CRC value shown on the LCD of the duplicator is identical.

High Compatibility

  • Quick copy mode supports Windows (FAT16/32/64), Linux (ext2/ext3/ext4/LVM), and Mac (HFS/HFS+/HFSX) formats.
  • Whole media copy mode supports all system and proprietary formats.
  • Supports various brands.
  • Designed to support 18TB+ capacities.
  • Supports MBR and GPT partitioning.

Event Log Report

U-Reach PCIe SSD(M.2) duplicators has an unique mechanism to prevent alteration of its Event Log Report. It records the operation results and other information of each devices completely. It is an important asset for production management and analysis.
