The state-of-an-art PU series is a professional M.2 U.2 EDSFF PCle SSD Duplicator and Sanitizer featuring maximum speed duplication at 60GB per minute for each ports. The speed does not degrade even as the number of targets increases. It is stand-alone equipping FPGA architecture and supporting hot swapping to reduce waiting time.  Furthermore, optional internal storage is offered for image management allow storing multiple master image from PC into duplicator to boost production throughput.

Native Support NVMe and SATA Protocols

Converter chips are not being adopted by PCIe series which deploys an M.2 interface with native NVMe/SATA protocols. This directly transfer the data to enhance the compatibility during the duplications.

FPGA-based Platform

Industrial-grade FPGA design not only facilitates cross interface / cross-protocol duplication but avoids restarting the system after each round of duplication.

Note: When doing cross-protocol duplication, it is recommended to use a data disk. If you are copying OS system, it is recommended to use the same protocol device to ensure the device can boot into the operating system properly.

Sanitization Methods

Source Management System

The administrator can through a specific software store the image files on the computer for centralized management. When needed, this image files will be sent to the duplicator for duplication. This is designed specifically for production plant  as this makes it easier to mange the source and reduce human error.

Double Data Verification: Compare + CRC Checksum

In addition to bit for bit comparison, PU adopts CRC as an error-detecting code to ensure the accuracy of the copied data. After each round of duplication is completed, the users just have to check whether CRC value shown on the LCD of the duplicator is identical.

OS Compatibility

Event Log Report

U-Reach PCIe SSD(M.2) duplicators has an unique mechanism to prevent alteration of its Event Log Report. It records the operation results and other information of each devices completely. It is an important asset for production management and analysis.
