Overview
U-Reach CS01 is a 1 port standalone hard drive eraser, it erase up to 1 SATA / IDE hard drive without connecting to the computer.
As an eraser, it is capable of erasing 1 drive simultaneously with multiple erase modes including Quick erase, NIST Full erase, DoD erase etc. You can extract the Log report to a USB as the evidence of the erase.
Applicable for 2.5” and 3.5” SATA / IDE hard drives (HDD) and Solid State Drives (SSD), the CS01 is a high efficiency and portable solution for you.
For added compatibility with different drive types in duplication and quick erase applications, the CS01 supports the use of various drive adapters. The below list of JetMedia adapters have been specifically tested, to ensure compatibility with this hard drive cloner:

The eraser automatically generates a log report on the target drive after the drive has been emptied. The user can confirm whether the wiping task is actually performed through the eraser.

The Effect of Encryption Lock
When the drive is removed by an external force during the encryption command, the drive is instantly encrypted and cannot be unlocked to avoid leakage of confidential data. The drive can only be turned on and used after a Secure Erase has been performed.

For SSD hard drives that have been used many times and are generally getting weaker. Secure Erase has a sector reorganization function. It takes 1 minute to erase a solid-state drive, and the read and write performance of the SSD is significantly improved after wiping.
